IsabiVTU Technology allows you to transfer funds between users within the app as well as make bank transfers to external bank accounts.

Please note that certain fees, limits, and processing times may apply to fund transfers, depending on the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System network conditions. Between Users

IsabiVTU Technology allows you to transfer funds conveniently between users within the app, enabling seamless transactions and financial interactions. Follow these steps to transfer funds between users using IsabiVTU Technology:

  1. Log in to your IsabiVTU Technology account using the IsabiVTU Technology app.
  2. Tap "Transfer" button on the app homepage.
  3. Choose "To Another Wallet"
  4. Enter recipient email address
  5. Enter amount
  6. Confirm the details and proceed to enter transaction pin
  7. Tap on "Send" button, a verification link will be sent to your email
  8. Open your email inbox and click on the link to approve the transfer

Between Banks

IsabiVTU Technology offers a convenient way to transfer funds from your IsabiVTU Technology account to external bank accounts. Follow these steps to make a bank transfer using IsabiVTU Technology:

  1. Log in to your IsabiVTU Technology account using the IsabiVTU Technology app.
  2. Tap "Transfer" button on the app homepage.
  3. Choose "Bank Account"
  4. Choose Bank
  5. Enter 10 digit account number
  6. Enter amount
  7. Tap "Withdraw" button
  8. Enter your transaction pin and tap on "Proceed" button
  9. Tap "Ok" ​ ​ ​
